The retail trade is going through turbulent times. E-commerce is rapidly gaining ground. And yet the classic points of sale remain important.

The award will honour shopping centres that have skilfully bridged the communication gap between online and bricks-and-mortar retail through an effective online presence, thus contributing to the sector’s sustained success.
