Farner devises and implements the branding as well as a central digital platform in three languages under the new ALERTSWISS umbrella brand. The website and app provide comprehensive information and help citizens to create a personal emergency plan. A separate category gives users insights into the diverse localised work being carried out by the many partners within the civil protection alliance.
During the launch, the website registers over 2,000 visitors per minute in parallel to the national siren test. On the first day alone, ALERTSWISS has over 2,000 users on Twitter. The organic reach of the Tweets exceeds 256,000 in the first 10 days, and ALERTSWISS remains a ‘trending topic’ for several days.
