Coffee has evolved into a lifestyle category. Since 2019, Farner has supported Nespresso in increasing brand visibility among Gen Z and Millennials through influencer relations.
The objective: embed key brand messages authentically in social media spaces without relying on paid advertising.
Solution
We established long-term partnerships with relevant Swiss creators who represent the brand over extended periods.
Farner manages the full process: mapping, contracting, concept development, briefing, and content approval. Ongoing performance analysis ensures continuous optimisation of messaging and brand positioning.
Result
Today, Nespresso works with a pool of 15 Swiss influencers who create both paid and organic content.
In 2024 alone, 14 campaigns generated 502 paid and 452 earned posts. Influencer marketing enabled Nespresso to strengthen its social presence in an authentic, credible, and culturally relevant way.
