In recent years, Farner has become the most complete agency in Switzerland. The key to its success is its experts in public affairs, corporate communications, marketing communications, branding, change and commtech. This combination of high specialization and co-creation has propelled Farner to the top of the Swiss communications agencies. Farner has now decided not only to continue its successful concept in Switzerland, but also to expand into Europe.

A European agency group is being constructed around the Farner brand. The successful positioning as a partner-led, integrated communications consultancy with a strong digital, creative and technological focus is to be rolled out in several European countries. Farner sees this move as a response to a growing need among clients for complete communications solutions in different markets. “We have been gaining experience with pilot projects for some time and have come to the conclusion that the prospects for Farner in Europe are promising,” says Roman Geiser, CEO of Farner Group.

Farner wants to grow in Europe with its success concept
Farner was looking for a suitable partner for its future plans and found one in the independent investment company Waterland. “Waterland, based in Zurich, has excellent knowledge of the communications market, great digital expertise and has successfully supported an impressive European growth case with the digital agency Dept,” says Geiser, explaining the choice of growth partner.
